All quotes published on this platform must be your original work. You declare and warrant that:
- You are the original author of all quotes you submit
- Your quotes do not infringe on any third-party copyright, trademark, or other intellectual property rights
- Plagiarism of any kind is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account termination once we get to know that
that you publish plagiarised content on this platform
- You accept full responsibilities for contents you publish on our platform
3. User Conduct
Users must maintain respectful and appropriate behavior on the platform. You agree not to:
- Post offensive, discriminatory, hateful, or abusive content
- Post racist, tribally, religiously, politically or ethnically offensive content
- Harass, threaten, bully, or intimidate other users
- Share sexually explicit/suggestive, violent, or otherwise inappropriate content/material
- Impersonate others or misrepresent your identity
- Spam or post repetitive content
4. Content Moderation
The admin reserves the right to:

- Not be shared with third parties without your explicit consent
- However be shared with third-party if we are so mandated by a court order
- Be used only for platform functionality and communication purposes
6. Content License
By publishing on Push Quotes, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to display, distribute, and promote your content on the platform and related social media channels.
7. Account Responsibility
You are responsible for:
- Maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials
- All activities that occur under your account
- Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
- The consequences of content published under your account
8. Account Termination
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend any account at any time for violations of our terms, without prior notice and without offering any explanation. Reasons for termination may include, but are not limited to:
- Posting plagiarized content
- Violations of community guidelines
- Abusive behavior towards other users
- Attempting to manipulate likes, shares, or comments
- Attempting to hack or comprosmise our platform
9. Limitation of Liability
Push Quotes is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages, loss, harm or any unpleasant outcome arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of data, unauthorized access, or service interruptions.
10. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time without prior notice to users. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
11. Use of Data for Communication
You agree that we can use the data you submitted to us to:
- Send email notifications or messages to you
- Send sms notifications or messages to you
- Send whatsapp notifications or messages to you
- Send notifications or messages to you through any other means we know of based on the data you
submitted to us

You agree that what we offer as give-away is totally at our discretion
